ABILITY: Overgrow - powers up grass-type moves in a pinch
ATTACKS:
Vinewhip - the target is struck with slender, whiplike vines to inflict damage
Razor Leaf - razor-sharp leaves are launched to slash at the opponent
Natural Gift - the user draws power to attack by using its held Berry; the Berry determines its type and power (ex. Pecha berries create an electric-type attack)

PERSONALITY: Lehti is friendly and enjoys meeting new Pokemon, but can get stressed out by little things and imagines the worst possible outcomes. She's a complete bookworm and knows almost every fairy tale and constellation by heart. When Lehti's not reading, she's sleeping. Whether on a rock or on a roof, she can fall asleep anywhere and is difficult to wake unless there's a loud noise. She can be naive and trust complete strangers, but is a fast learner from mistakes. Her confidence in herself waivers sometimes, but she's a hard worker and strives to improve if it will help other Pokemon.
HISTORY: Born and raised in the outskirts of Capital City, Lehti grew up with a thirst for knowledge. Her father was a common merchant who traveled frequently, so each time he returned with a new book for his daughter, anything from mythical adventures to history of architecture. She devoured each book and was always eager for the next.
Her younger brother, Luke, had no such thirst for knowledge, but instead wanted to be a warrior and fight. He often teased Lehti about being small and weak, even though he was 2 years younger, he was 5'5 and pretty strong for a Chikorita.
A few weeks after her 18th birthday, a careless Charmander caused a fire in one of the neighboring hay barns that spread half a mile. Although only 2 houses and the barn burned down, Lehti's house was one of them. Her mother died trying to get out of the fire, her body badly burnt and her lungs full of smoke. After the burial, Lehti and Luke moved to a new home closer into the city. To help pay taxes, she and her brother had to work as help at the local food market selling vegetables.
Once Luke turned 18 and began more formal training to become a warrior, Lehti decided she needed to do something with her life, other than sell carrots. What was lacking in the city was a book store. Someplace where a Pokemon could research medicine, history, geography, astronomy, and much much more. Although the idea was thrilling, she had no money to even buy enough books, much less a building.
So she sold vegetables, washed clothes, and became a full-time nanny for the Mitsuko family. Adell and Apollo, two middle-aged Ampharos, had six children: three boys and three girls. With three 11-year-olds and three 13-year-olds, the parents had their hands full with money problems alone. Lehti cared for the young Mareeps while the parents where out, then worked in the evenings and into the night.
After a year of stress and lack of sleep, a close family friend of the Mitsuko's offered to hire the six children to help around their farm and would even give them a place to stay. Although the triplets were young, they willingly took the 3 day journey to their new home, and to this day still send back 1/3rd of their earnings to their parents.
Adell and Apollo now had a large house all to themselves, so Lehti took a shot. She told them her idea of opening a bookstore and the Mitsukos loved it. They had opened up to her and treated her like their own, so offered up 1/4th of their home to become a bookstore. After four months of planing, construction, and appealing to the heads of the city, the Mitsuko home had become the 'Mitsuko Bookstore'. With the money Lehti had been saving up, she filled most of the newly built shelves with astronomy books, thus Adell changed the store name to 'Hokulani's Books'.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Lehti has been afraid of heights ever since her brother convinced her she could fly if she jumped on the back of a Skarmory at the age of 10. She also hates baking because she always burns herself and is all together, a terrible cook.
